
Rebecca Corretti is the Executive
Chef and an owner of the Carraway-Davie
facility, as well as
Corretti Catering, one of the most
respected upscale caterers in
Birmingham. She is a graduate of the
New England Culinary Institute and
has owned and operated Corretti
Catering for almost a decade.
Prior to Corretti Catering, Rebecca
was the catering director at Ruth's
Chris Steakhouse in Birmingham. She
also worked for the Four Seasons
Cliff Hotel in San Francisco, the
Ritz Carlton in Chicago and the Le
Parker Meridien Hotel in New York
City. Rebecca has been published in
various local food publications as
well as national food related
periodicals.
